You will oversee the entire manufacturing development process, including RFQ, sourcing, system feasibility, supplier development, cost management, commissioning, change requests, and production launch.Key Responsibilities:Leading team to work closely with several HW and SW Team Leaders to follow the new project developments starting from the A Sample in order to suggest project and process changes to improve testing efficiency (Design For Manufacturing).Supervise collection of all technical information from RD to maintain, keep updated, and share the "EOL Test Specification" for both samples and series product.Leading team during working activity closely with Manufacturing Dep.
to identify/define the list of tools and equipment needed to test new products.Assure proper synergy between departments to support EOL system debug, during the handover phases from Manufacturing Dep.
to Production.Achieve the daily production goal by analyzing KPI performance provided by Process Quality, identifying bottlenecks, and acting on Continuous Improvement activities to resolve issues and gain required operational efficiency.In charge of the global program for the standardization of configurations and test methodologies through local teams (Italy, Slovakia, China).Travel 15% of the time.Must Have:Degree in engineering (electronics would be preferable) or education/experience equivalency.Minimum of five years practical work experience in test systems.Past experience with Ni LabVIEW and NI TestStand environment.Good knowledge of the most common software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
