Your Impact:
You are responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and integrating the Open Text Service Management automation solutions for customers across Middle East, Africa, and Central and Eastern Europe.
What The Role Offers:
Implementation of ITSM and Automation tools, configuring and customizing solutions to meet specific organizational needs. Working in an international environment and various industries. Working in close cooperation with the technical team, the Project/Technical Manager, and customer nominated representatives, OpenText support, R&D as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies including, but not limited to ITSM, and incorporate them into the organization's strategy. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of new ITSM practices. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs. What You Need To Succeed:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. First experience working as an ITSM Solution Consultant or in a similar role. Knowledge of ITSM tools and processes. Willingness to learn and acquire new skills. Basic coding skills (preferably JavaScript) is a plus. Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. ITIL certification is a plus. Solid command of the English language. One Last Thing:
