CDR Health Care Inc. is seeking individuals who are interested in working as an EMT in Naples-Collier County, FL, within the state of Florida for upcoming projects. Responsibilities potentially include but are not limited to:
Recording a patient's medical information accurately Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed Adhere to all company policies and rules Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor Provide emotional and psychological support when needed Communicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort, and instructions Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc. as needed Patient assessment and monitoring, vital signs CDR Health Care Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V and EO/AAN/D. Minimum Requirements: Current State of Florida EMT license required in good standing.Proven experience as an EMTAbility to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practicesExcellent knowledge of medical terminologyAbove average physical condition and staminaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and able to handle stress.Excellent observation skills with high attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds.Must submit to and pass a drug screen, background check.Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that show your identity and eligibility to work in the United StatesOther duties which may arise that are commensurate with the title and position.Bilingual (Highly Preferred not Required)Schedule: Day Shift 8am-5pm (Hours subject to change) Open Monday to Friday
