Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Participate in emergency management and disaster control planning, training, and operations to maintain compliance with regulations; 2) Develop and recommend integration Emergency Management Services (EMS) capabilities within structure fire and emergency criteria for installations and regions; 3) Advise senior leadership on emergency management procedures that comply with standards and maintain an acceptable level of risk to mission operations; and 4) Monitor program readiness (e.g., hazard assessments, checklists) to ensure emergency management efforts yield improved readiness results.
