Emear Data Analyst

Support in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ensuring the quality of data and process documentation.
- Develop, implement and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize KPI's data System;
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports;
- Develop and produce reports and charts communicating trends to managers, to internal stakeholders and to data non-specialists;
- Contribute to monthly reporting analysis concerning Operations KPIs and data (e.g.
productivity, efficiency, OEE, scrap rate etc).
- Support Operations and Regional Finance Team for monthly forecasting process and annual budget;
- Assess and determine the success of specific initiatives or new process improvement opportunities within the function (e.g.
CAPEX Business cases, cost benchmarks and cost reduction studies etc..)
**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years in similar roles, in structured multinational Companies and/or Consultancy Firms;
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Maths or related field
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI and Qlik preferred) and Digital Analytics;
- Problem-solving skills and analytical mindset;
- Result-driven attitude, detail-oriented, thoroughness, proactivity and curiosity.
