**EMEA Technical Support Specialist**

Reporting to EMEA Head of Aftersales this role is responsible for online and on-site technical support to EMEA Aftersales Network, and to interface with headquarter product support for improved product activity.
**Summary**:
- Online technical support to EMEA Aftersales Network
- On site technical support to EMEA Aftersales Network
- Interface with Head Quarter product support department for improvement product activity
- E vehicle diagnostics
**Responsibilities**:
- To provide technical support to all the technicians of the Importers and Dealers via on line technical help desk
- In case of critical diagnosis in field, he provides technical assistance on site and reports it to the head quarter.
- Periodic auditing Importers and Dealers on diagnosis methods and tools in order to assure the compliance of standards.
- In coordination with the central Technical Team, he shares all the diagnosis information and gives a feed back to Head Quarter product support department focus on product improvement during the startup period and then continuing.
- Periodic reporting and analysing all statistic data on technical issues coming from the network.
- Periodic visit (mainly during R&D development process such as reliability/debugging tests) to Head Quarter in order to be always updated on electronic systems, power train and their failures and diagnosis methods.

- Technical background
- Pursuit of continuous improvement from a customer perspective
- Resistance to stress
- Ability to change the task perimeter in a rapidly evolving context
- Knowledge of the main computer systems (Office, Conferencing software, etc.
)
- Fluent written and spoken English used daily in the company at all levels
