This responsibility starts in the Sales phase and concludes at hand-over to Customer Service. The will participate during the pre-contract phase to ensure the solution will achieve the contract requirements, the conditions of guarantee are identified, and the acceptance test language supports the physical, functional, throughput and availability requirements.
