**What you'll do**:
This position has the direct responsibility to:
- Drive business development, forecast accuracy, and achieve strategic goals by leading key customers through the entire business cycle.
- Manage, Grow and Execute on a pipeline of new and existing accounts and opportunities.
- Develop business plans and strategies to expand service offerings within key accounts.
- Partners with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit service business in the Datacenter area.
- Participate in the development of account plans and goals with Account Managers and other team members.
- Participate in the RFP/RFI process to position the company's services against competitors.
- Identifies new service business opportunities and acts as the leader for promoting the implementation together with Country Services Sales Managers and Key Accounts team.
- Able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals.
- Actively seeks out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and helps the company attaining his challenging goals.
- Market intelligence, be an expert on DC customers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be an expert on competition and how to differentiate against them.
- A customer-first mentality and listening skills, successfully address complex sales situations and cultivate business relationships with key growth customers
- Focuses on Trade Sales growth through effective sales management and demand generation.
- Proactive sales campaigns installed base data management.
- Sales performance review of Service units, actions to close the gaps.
- CRM data analysis for region, pipeline quality, forecast, hit rate, orders development vs profit planning.
- Develop market-based strategies, growth initiatives to drive growth together with Country Service Sales Managers and Key Accounts.
- Supports implementation of regional service contracts, agreements with key account customers, allocation of inquiries within the region, ensuring fast response to customers.
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
- Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue.
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that service goals are being met.
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
- Attend industry events and stay up-to-date on market trends, advancements and best practices to maintain competitive positioning.
**Qualifications**:
- Educated at Bachelors' degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Business
- Strong experience in business development for the services of at least 5-7 years
**Skills**:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of initiatives.
- Experience in dealing with and conducting negotiations with customers.
- Experience in attending exhibitions/ conferences and conducting presentations.
- Market and technology savvy, working knowledge of accelerated Data Center market, trends, competitors.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, other EMEA languages are a plus.
