**EMEA Product Manager - PMMA & TPE (M/F/d)**
The EMEA Product Manager is accountable for the management of both TPE & PMMA resins productranges to maximize the profitability of the portfolio. He/she takes the direct lead of TPE & PMMA Resins Business Management Teams (BMTs)to determine and coordinate the key actions plan in line with the business strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Tracking of the respective product lines to analyse profitability
- Define and compile a complete set of relevant interlocutors to identify the pools for improvement and growth
- Support the organisation in defining and validating resources in line with strategic objectives.
- Communicate and report to stakeholders on key metrics and drivers
- Coordinate and follow up on key action plans by ensuring ongoing work and reporting with all parties involved
- Organize monthly BMT meetings to lead and focus on key challenges and initiatives for the respective business units
- Coordinate the consistency plan of the targeted product mix with the planning and operations of the respective plants.
- Completion and validation of the product dossier with the relevant departments (HSE, sustainability drivers...)
Evaluate costs and opportunities to differentiate from competition with marketing and EM sustainability management.
- Lead the transition to sustainable products for the business in coordination with the Sustainability Business Services (SBS)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree (preferably in engineering, chemicals)
- Minimum 5 years of experience plastics industry, product management in producing industry, controlling, Supply chain
- Knowledge in project management and good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint,
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead cross functional teams
- High and fluent level of English is mandatory for this role, other languages are a plus.
