What we are looking for
We are looking for a Pricing & Revenue Management Specialist willing to join the EMEA Marketing team, particularly the team in charge of the Pricing and Revenue optimization across all Amplifon EMEA countries. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing the pricing, portfolio, and promotional strategy with the objective to maximize Total Revenues per Head and margins by optimizing the local customer offering through:
Product & services portfolio design and maintenance Pricing & promo strategy definition and monitoring For the assigned EMEA countries, he/she will be accountable to perform big data analysis to:
Deeply understand and study Sales and Revenues performance trends in the market, leveraging advanced data analysis and visualization tools such as DataIku, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau Continuously monitor Average Selling Price, Discount, and margins performance, supporting countries' Customer Offering teams in detecting issues, areas of improvement, and recommending actions to meet targets Contribute to the monthly financial forecast process (Average Selling Price and Mix forecasting) Competition monitoring Daily interact with Sales, Marketing, and Retail Excellence teams to best define and ensure execution of commercial strategy in stores Continuous optimization of product and service portfolio offer Maintain and continuously improve reporting and KPIs monitoring What you'll need
Master's degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics (or other studies with significant numerical background) High proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (PBI, Tableau), and PowerPoint Strong data-driven approach to decision making and complex problem solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness Optimistic and enthusiastic approach with high resilience to risks, challenges, and pressure Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong entrepreneurial attitude Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required) Real team player able to encourage and help others in giving their best #J-18808-Ljbffr
