- The Impact You'll Make in this Role
- As a Stationery and Office Supplies Marketing & Communication lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Maintain, build, enhance on-going content and communications requirements for SOSD and key portfolios to maximize content usage and value
- Support the launch campaign for new product in B2B & B2C for EMEA
- Optimizes spending and balance of in-house/outside expertise and working/non-working
- To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in relevant field
- Experience developing branding and/or integrated marketing communications strategies and implementation in FMCG
- Experience in marketing & communication campaign metrics
- Solid understanding of the consumer journey/sales lifecycle
- Experienced team leader with strong individual and team development skills
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teams
- Fluent in English
- Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- A passion for digital, new trends and an innate desire to utilize these trends in their work
- Has specific digital experience of website and online CX performance data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to present to senior business stakeholders
- Time management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams and stakeholders to implement, monitor, and analyse research
- Able to deal with high degree of ambiguity, maintain composure and negotiate solutions in challenging and stressful situations
- Analytical mind and Data-driven decision maker with good attention to detail
- Ability to solve complex problems where in-depth analysis and evaluation of various factors is required
- Travel: 5% expected
