The Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) department is the central driver for the development and implementation of our market access strategies for new and existing products.
New regulations, a decision-making process in which the clinician is no longer the only player, makes it a must to develop and convey meaningful value-based messages and offerings for our customers.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Close collaboration with relevant global HEMA partners and EMEA country leads as well as commercial, medical and clinical colleagues providing regional insights & requirements into all stages of product lifecycle and evidence generation to support and drive the EMEA needs for successful growth.
Establishment of key strategic partnerships with KOLs, societies and non-clinical stakeholders.
Owning the health economic input into novel, local commercial initiatives requiring substantiation of value including but not restricted to Value Based Procurement, outcome based agreements and pricing initiatives.
Responsible for the development & impactful dissemination of regionally approved HEMA tools, translating complex messages into simple statements that can easily be articulated by sales force.
Identify and lead EMEA opportunities for health economic evidence generation and provide input into the clinical evidence generation strategy for new productdevelopment
Shaping the market access environment in EMEA through engagement with European trade associations
Experiences and Competencies:
Strong health economics and data analytics competence combined with a high expertise in the evaluation of clinical and economic studies.
Comprehensive knowledge of the medical device funding and reimbursement mechanisms in the EMEA region with focus on UK & Germany.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to combine market expertise and business strategies to translate global value propositions into local market access strategies & value messages to drive growth.
Proven leadership expertise with the competence to quickly connect and establish meaningful relationships to develop deep insights and empathetic understanding of and with internal and external stakeholders to effectively motivate and successfully lead project teams in a matrix environments.
Ability to manage multiple demands with a systematic approach to prioritization and organization of resources.
**Qualifications**:
Education
Bachelors Degree (preferrably science)
Masters degree in Health Economics or equivalent (preferred)
4-6 years of Medical Device experience, with high customer interaction
Solid understanding of EMEA healthcare market dynamics
Proficient language skills in English, both verbal and written
