Description and Requirements The EMEAEducation Campaign and Pipeline Manager will support the EMEA organizations across the Region to achieve sales and financial goals on the Education segment.

The EMEA Education Campaign and Pipeline Manager will: Manage the Education deal pipeline with the Education BDM or Focal points.
Influence tenders with the right solutions in terms of value proposition, supply, and competitiveness (deal qualification).
Implement a process to get all stakeholders aligned on the coming deals on what to propose to the customers for large deals and participate in deals reviews.
Manage the consolidation of the pipeline to have accurate visibility of backlog + new opportunities to close, in order to give a proper input to the demand planning team.
Manage the campaign planning, part of the SMB and EPS (Enterprise Public Sector) campaign cadence.
Support and challenge Markets to implement EDU Plan and monitor execution (EPS/SMB).
Ensure we offer the right portfolio/pricing at market level (in coordination with Country 4P) covering all Education sub segments to be competitive and to achieve revenue and profit.
Structure order cadence to have stock for run rate and large deals (Sell in, sell through planning).
Plan volume, revenue, profit, channel stock rotation, in conjunction with country 4P teams.
Take inputs and leverage internal and external sources.
Manage the relationship and the inputs with Data Market Intelligence (especially IDC and Futuresource).
Ensure that the end-to-end planning (campaign, tenders, mid- and long-term forecast) will support the sales targets and will be supported by supply.
Implement regular interlocks with demand planning, Supply Chain, Services, Education leader and BDM to have fluid and efficient communication flow, and a process to review successes and opportunities.
Manage EDU Business data and EDU Customer database, maintain and enhance our analytics system (Power BI).
Maintain and optimize our analytics system on EDU (Power BI) and planning system.
Engage with EMEA Marketing team and Alliances partners for optimal coordination.
Organization The Education Campaign and Pipeline Manager will report to the EMEA Executive Director of Commercial Products and work closely with the EMEA EDU Segment Director.
Position requirements Previous business management experience (5 years), Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Good understanding of IT go to market, channels and competition.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a matrix and to leverage extended teams.
Strong business acumen and financial skills.
Work in multi-cultural and multi country organization, strong communications skills.
Business analytic, data management and data manipulation skills (Excel, PBI).
Experience in Education segment (either sales, marketing, product management) is a plus.
Fluent in English, other language is a plus.
