As part of our Company strategy, we are looking for an EMEA Distribution Manager to strengthen our EMEA Distribution team. The EMEA Distribution Manager will lead and drive our distribution business across the region, focusing on executing and developing sales through Distribution, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, and managing the EMEA Distribution Channel Account Manager (DCAM) team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Account Management:Manage direct relationships with three pan-European distributors at a central level.Develop annual and quarterly tactical plans (sales and marketing) with these accounts to drive sales-out performance in line with Datalogic's strategy and priorities.Create strategic initiatives to boost sales, with a focus on mobile solutions and non-contracted partners.Ensure a continuous increase of Datalogic market share within the Distributors.Monitor and analyze sales-out performance, adjusting plans as needed to align with targets.Conduct regular business reviews with them.Drive continuous sales and marketing efforts to ensure high mindshare and engagement within these accounts.Ensure strong alignment and consistency between central and local plans in collaboration with local DCAMs.Coordinate with key stakeholders (Business Units, Field Marketing, and Channel Operations) for plan development and execution.Stocking and Coordination:To support the execution of sales growth plans, the EMEA Distribution Manager will focus on:Monitoring sales booking trends and ensuring timely bookings from distributors.Maintaining appropriate stock levels and profiles.Ensuring seamless coordination for promotions, programs, product changes, and new product introductions.Team Management: Lead and manage the EMEA Distribution team, including the EMEA Specialist DCAMs.Skills and CompetenciesDeep understanding of channel and distribution mechanisms.Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.Proven capability to drive and execute business plans effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized and structured approach to work.RequirementsComfortable working within a matrix organization.Fluent in spoken and written English.Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.European Based; the person must be based preferably in the following cities: Bologna, Madrid, Paris, Frankfurt, Eindhoven.
