Responsibilities They are looking for the Emea Digital Marketing Manager and his responsabilities will be:
Coordinate Digital Emea contractors' teams and budget Scouting of new resources (contractors/agencies) to complement digital marketing skills in the team Support local teams (internal teams and local agencies/contractors) in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns Fix the basics, ensure control and global standards:
website hosting, website templates and guidelines, Google account architecture, Google 360 implementation, social media account governance, brand social listening, e-commerce platforms and templates, suggest and recommend other digital shared tools and assets Accelerate onboarding and start up small/new countries:
website design and development, paid campaign set up, e-commerce start-up, social media campaign set up,put together ready to use content packages, set up basic lead gen tools and marketing automation Drive innovation and improvement, challenge mature countries:
test and learn ongoing process, ad hoc lead gen tools development, website optimization, e-commerce advancements, challenge local agencies Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals Skills Experience in developing successful lead generation and e-commerce campaign Proven experience in managing contractors and agencies Proficient in SEO/SEM and social media management Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is a plus Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy English is a must and other European languages (Italian, German, Spanish) are a plus Site:
