We are looking for passionate and highly skilled technology and business enthusiasts with a minimum of 5+ years of experience within the Human Capital Management domain and with experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud), who want to further develop their skills as a (senior) consultant and a trusted advisor for one of the world's most valuable brands.
In the role as a Business Processes Consultant, you will deliver high-impact HCM services through the full customer life cycle. You will be the main customer point of contact and lead a group of consultants during the execution of projects and engagements.

Purpose and Objectives SAP SuccessFactors HCM Services Delivery in EMEA/MEE has the Global Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) and the Global Adoption Service Center (ASC) as its parent organizations within SAP Services. We support our customers in their digital transformation and especially in their HR Transformation Journey. We sustain the adoption of SAP SuccessFactors HCM software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate, and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem-solving, and knowledge transfer.
Expectation and Tasks Your role involves, but is not limited to, delivery of business and technology advisory services within customer engagements. You are a good problem solver, a creative and innovative thinker, and an excellent team player with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. As per the business needs, which might vary, you will conduct the following tasks:
Support in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.Plan, run, and manage design workshops/meetings with customers.Analyze business processes, including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization.Work together with a group of consultants, including Near Shore and Off Shore consultants on projects.Organize yourself in a remote working style.Travel to customers and SAP meetings as requested.Expected Skills Minimum 5+ years of experience within the HCM domain.Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Onboarding modules; knowledge of any other module is an advantage.Certified and experienced in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central.Successful completion of Bachelor's or Master's degree OR relevant knowledge and experience gained in another way.Proven project experience in the implementation of Core HR Processes in a role of Lead Consultant.Technology-oriented, possessing an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applications.Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people.Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn.Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems.Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad.Knowledge and implementation experience of other SAP HCM products, such as Fieldglass, Work Zone, or Sales Performance Management, will be seen as an advantage.Additional Information Language skills: English language fluency mandatory; additional language is an advantage.Remote working: Hybrid model - travels to customers/home or office/home.Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
