Job Summary

Our EMC & Power Supply team is looking for an Engineer to join the company in the Porto Sant'Elpidio office and take responsibility for the design, analysis, and development of EMI filters to be embedded in the entire HW of an Inertial Navigation System. This opportunity is addressed to engineers with a background in Electromagnetics, Electronics, or equivalent scientific background.

Duties And Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be included in the EMC & Power Supply team and will be part of a multidisciplinary team with experience in HW design, PCB layout, and EMI/EMC analysis.

The selected candidate will take the following responsibilities:

Analysis/Simulation of EMI filtersDevelop the requirement flow down, starting from the customer and system requirements, for all the individual PCBA related to EMI/EMCDefinition of EMC directives for HW and mechanical design activitiesDrafting of EMI/EMC qualification plansAttend the Hardware Design ReviewSupport to BD dept. in the phase of offer formulationSupport to the definition of test plans, execution of test campaigns, and analysis of results. Qualification And Skills Bachelor/master's degree in electronic engineering.Knowledge of main EMI/EMC military and avionic standards: RTCA DO-160 and MIL-STD-461Knowledge of Electromagnetism fundamentalsConsolidated knowledge in the use of simulation tools such as LTSpice.Able to work autonomously and/or in a team.Attitude to problem-solving and to achieve results within time and cost constraints.Good knowledge of English in writing and speaking (the knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
