Job Description:Main activitiesEngineering support for technical issues regarding damages on structures for in-service fleet. In coordination with the other Product Support Engineering (PSE) functions, contributes in the return to service of helicopter to an airworthy conditionEvaluation of noticed damage, analysis of H/C configuration, consultation of technical and certification documents.Development of structural analysis (hand calculations and FEM simulations)Design of repair drawingsProduction of certification documents for Civil and Military customers to give compliance to the applicable airworthiness requirementsOn-site survey for Damage Assessment and production of relevant inspection ReportsUpdating of helicopter Structural Repair ManualSkillsShall be bachelor graduate in Aerospace/Aeronautic Engineering – structure discipline preferredFluent English (both spoken and written)Knowledge of FE Modelling and Stress ReportsKnowledge of aeronautical materials (metals and composites) and construction methods (riveting, adhesive bonding, curing ..)Technical Drawings analysisComputer skills: Office, CAD/CATIA, Hypermesh, Power BI, SharePointBasic knowledge of Civil Aviation regulations (EASA, …)Ability to work under high demanding/stressing environments, managing priorities.Strong orientation to work in team and to communicate with other departmentsProactivity, self-motivation and problem solving attitudeAbility to communicate professionally in written responses to e-mails and in reportsContinuous improvement mind-setSeniority:New Graduate
