Job Description: The Project Engineer (PE) role, part of the CPE office, consists of:
Definition of the work breakdown with technical areas for all approved modifications Follow of the design activities, from change request creation, through preliminary/critical design review process, to final release and completion of change collector tasks. Configuration control of the product, looking at ease management for production and in service. Guarantee the flow and coherence of information between the different models/variants in which the product is split. Continuous airworthiness of the Product. Management of the Prototypes flown by the Company under experimental marks from airworthiness point of view (FORM59 process). Support of Product support engineering for the In-Service Occurrence investigations management, potentially ending in identification of necessary safety instructions/modifications to be promulgated via SB (or PTD/PTA process for military products). In this scenario, the Project Engineer aims to support the CPE and the System Integrator for the coordination of specific design and project. The Project Engineer will act as the interface between the CPE Office, Technical Areas, other Company Functions, and Customers.
For any task/change/development, the PE is required to:
Support Technical Area's CPs in the definition of requirements and interfaces; Coordinate the development and certification process; Coordinate the plan of assigned tasks and its schedule adherence, working closely with Engineering Governance Office; Support Mission Requirement Analysis Office in bid analysis and configuration feasibility; Coordinate technically the product improvement process, with the Department involved (for example Customer Support). Requirements: Degree in Technical Field, preferably in Aeronautical bachelor; Good English Knowledge; Availability to travel for short/medium periods; Good knowledge of MS Office tools; Systemic mindset; Capabilities to work in an international environment; Good communication skills; Pro-activity; Team Working capabilities.
