ELI - AW609 Program Manager page is loaded ELI - AW609 Program Manager Apply locations IT - Varese - Cascina Costa time type Full time posted on Posted 2 Days Ago job requisition id R0010757 Job Description:Main tasks:Monitor and control the Program activities from Contract signature till Helicopter Delivery, keeping accountability for cost and schedule KPI (EBIT, PL, CPI, SPI).Ensure the Program is executed using EVM techniques in compliance with the Baseline defined during Contract acquisition (cost, schedule and performance) and updated as per subsequent Contract Amendements.Manage Customer additional requirements raised during Program execution through the process of Baseline Change, while keeping under control cost and schedule KPI.Ensure and facilitate the testing, certification and Delivery activities, to be performed on production Helicopters.Ensure integration and synchronization among the different internal functions (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Training, Procurement, Finance) and external stakeholders (Customer, Contractual Manager), in order to achieve the Program target.Provide periodic reporting to upper Management (e.g. Delivery meetings, Project Management Reviews and Business Reviews), being accountable of Program Communication Plan.Identify, update and manage the Program risks, in accordance with the Company guidelines.Support the Program budget definition, ensuring it is established in line with Program Baseline.Prepare and maintain the Product Roadmap, consistent with the Product strategy and market needs.Qualification:Degree in Engineering (Aerospace preferred).Seniority:New GraduatePrimary Location:IT - Varese - Cascina CostaContract Type:PermanentHybrid Working:Hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
