ELI - AW189/AW149 Continued Airworthiness Engineer (CAE)Job Description:Being delegated by the reference Head of Airworthiness - Geo (having the responsibility for occurrence classification in coherence with the Part.21), is responsible for the continued airworthiness process control, in terms of:Events classification (for design/technical related occurrences), their recording and management toward Authorities.Occurrence Reports investigation process management.Implementation of the documentation necessary to identify the safety instructions/modifications.Service Bulletins / Engineering Technical Instructions and major repairs contents definition (in collaboration with CSST – Product Support Engineering).Management of the entire process for Airworthiness Review Team (ART) preparing relevant documentation and proactively engaging all relevant stakeholders.Support to the reference Chief Project Engineer / System Integrator in the pre-prioritization of the Product Improvements implementation (before engagement of Product Recovery and improvement unit).
In this activity, assist CSST – Product Support Engineering for the identification of the primary necessities and participating to the product improvement initiative possibly in place.In the continued airworthiness process control task, the Continued Airworthiness Engineer acts within rules and criteria of classification and investigation, provided by the Continued Airworthiness unit guaranteeing standardization and harmonization of collected data.Requirements:Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 Years of experience in Technical Area, Airworthiness, Product Support, etc.Knowledge of:CS-29;Part 21 requirement for management of Continued Airworthiness.Seniority: JuniorPrimary Location: IT - Varese - Cascina CostaContract Type: PermanentHybrid Working: Hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
