We are looking for a TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION ENGINEER to join the R&D department.
(S)he will be in charge of collecting and releasing technical documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.) for Alpinestars' electronic products.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the documentation meets the highest standards of information and reliability.
His role involves managing and overseeing documentation standards, processes, and tools to ensure that all engineering drawings, specifications, and manuals are accurate and up-to-date.
Position
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
(S)he works to plan, research, write, publish, and maintain high-quality content aimed at a developer audience. (S)he creates user manuals, guides, and other documentation materials that provide clear instructions and explanations for using software, systems, or products. (S)he works closely with product managers, developers, and other writers to identify documentation needs and use cases. Effective collaboration ensures that the documentation accurately reflects the product features and functionality. (S)he manages complex documentation projects, organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure that documentation is delivered on time and meets quality standards. (S)he builds strong working relationships with subject matter experts, technical leads, and other stakeholders. (S)he leads the information architecture for a product, considering the complex and overlapping needs of developers, administrators, and operational users. Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
English mother tongue or C2 level. Bachelor's or College Degrees in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Must be proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with graphics editing software and database programs is also valuable. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Other information
