Responsibilities: Partner with Team Manager in defining, updating and maintaining the project plan and creation of project status reports, ALM Processes management; Requirements Engineering for system, software and hardware requirements, sharing concepts and solutions with the team and actively working on the documentation preparation and maintenance; Design and develop scalable and portable software and hardware solutions dedicated to connectivity between boards/modules and the end product/cloud; Support the design of SW and HW architecture; Continuous cooperation with other team members to perform critical analysis on technical issues, new products' specs and design and to improve products' performance. Qualification: Master's Degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering (or similar filed); 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role (in consumer goods company is preferred); Expertise in SW and/or HW design team coordination; Expertise in Requirements Engineering; Knowledge of state machine design, agile methodology and Ansi-C will be a plus; Fluent English; Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines; Problem solving and team working attitude.
