Job Title: Electro-Instrumental and Mechanical Maintenance Specialist - Specialista di Manutenzione Elettrostrumentale e Meccanica Summary: The purpose of the position is to ensure an efficient management of technical maintenance issues, supporting the organization in their resolution, both in terms of technical and managerial interventions. Additionally, the Electro-Instrumental and Mechanical Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the proper management and efficiency of the plants and equipment, providing support for new implementations and/or modifications of the same, proposing new technical solutions and verifying their compliance with regulatory aspects. Responsibilities Include: Plan and manage preventive and predictive electro-instrumental and mechanical maintenance activities: updated procedures and develop strategies and plans of maintenance on SAP maintenance system, in cooperation with Reliability Engineer; In cooperation with the direct Manager, is in charge of the mechanical integrity and interface with government agencies for PED legislations requirements; In collaboration with Reliability Maintenance engineer, define and propose technical solutions, to improve the reliability of machines and maintenance carried out; Actively participates in the Management of Change (MOC) process for defining quality and technical standards and for managing the related documentation; He/she is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the correct execution of mechanical and instrumental maintenance activities, resulting from implementations and technical modifications; Contribute to the design and implementation of new plants and equipment by proposing technical solutions, identifying the spare parts, and taking part in the delivery of work; Support the mechanical and electrical maintenance supervisors, oversee the technical/professional training of the maintenance staff through specialized training programs and continuous daily actions; Is in charge of electrical substations and MCC (Motor Control Center); He/She is in charge of the work on all installed electrical equipment regarding maintenance, control, verification, and measurement phases, acting in concert with the Plant Manager; He/She is responsible for the routine management activities carried out, especially in the cabins, by PES personnel, in accordance with CEI 11-27, based on the Risk Assessment Document, and the operational procedures for live work (PS-III-16 of the Plant Manual); He/She fills the role of RI (plant works responsible) after receiving a written appointment from the URI (maintenance manager). As stipulated in procedure PS-III-16, when work is to be carried out on a complex plant or complex work (as deemed by the person in charge of the work), he/she may prepare the relevant work plan, upon designation by the URI, with the possible cooperation of a work supervisor designated for the same work; Act as Electrician and Mechanical Supervisor back-up and is in charge of security according to the definition of art. 2 comma e) od D.Lgs.81/2008 e s.m.i., so that must fulfill related obligations under art.19 del D.Lgs.81/2008 e s.m.i. Qualifications: The following are required for the role Minimum Qualifications Engineer Master Degree (Electromechanical or Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical) with previous experience in maintenance department of a complex industrial environments (at least 2-3 years); Technical knowledge of plant equipment and instrumentation; Knowledge of industrial electrical diagrams and circuits, technical drawings and P&IDs; Knowledge of worker health and safety practices and regulations; knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in industrial environments operating in the chemical sector; Ability to read DCS programs; PES and PAV certification; Strong dynamism and motivation with results orientation; Critical thinking and problem solving; English language knowledge (speak and write); Knowledge of SAP management system; Willingness to change.
