Electrification & Power Grid Executive Assistant

The Electrification & Power Grid Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Electrification Executive VP and Power Grid Executive VP.You will report directly to the Electrification Executive VP and Power Grid Executive VP.Your roleYou will manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion (e.g.
decisions directly impacting the global operations of the Group)Work a daily calendar of meetings and events.You will prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the Electrification & Power Grid business unitArrange travel and accommodations for Electrification Executive VP and Power Grid Executive VP.
Prepare and manage related expense reports.Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.Who are you?You have a strong experience in supporting C-Level Executives, with proven experience in managing priorities and timeA Bachelor's degree is preferredYou have demonstrated integrity and capability of managing sensitive and confidential information is a mustAbility to communicate effectively and professionallyYou are a great team player - have team-oriented experience and approach.Fluent English both written and spoken, other language is appreciated (Spanish, French…)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Microsoft Teams, as well as SAPStrong ability to network and work with international teamsYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
