Responsibilities Perform residential electrical service work and repairs, addressing electrical issues and fulfilling service requests in residential settings.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems accurately, using appropriate tools and equipment.
Repair or replace faulty electrical components, such as outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
Install new electrical systems and wiring in residential properties, adhering to electrical codes and safety regulations.
Conduct electrical inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.
Maintain inventory control on the assigned van, ensuring that necessary electrical supplies, tools, and equipment are stocked and organized.
Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients and addressing their electrical concerns or questions.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure the work area is clean and organized, and leave the customer's premises in a satisfactory condition after completing repairs or service.
Minimum Requirements Proficient in performing electrical service and repairs in residential settings.
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues in homes.
Experience in ceiling fan installations, running new circuits, replacing panels and disconnects, lighting installations, and EV charging stations.
Comprehensive knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Must pass background check and drug testing.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential electrical work.
Proven track record of successful projects and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality.
Familiarity with electrical tools, equipment, and technology used in residential settings.
Willingness to stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
Ability to work in various residential environments and adapt to different job requirements.
