The successful candidate will ensure that all electrical systems and components are installed, maintained, and repaired according to industry standards and project specifications.
TASKS: Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians and contractors. Provide guidance, training, and support to the electrical team. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning and compliance with standards. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly. Plan and schedule electrical work to meet project deadlines. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise. Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Maintain detailed records of electrical work and inspections. Recommend and implement corrective actions to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications in electrical supervision or engineering are highly desirable. 10+ years of experience in the role supervising Petrochemical EPC projects; Previous experience with ENI standards and projects; Fluent level of written and spoken Italian and English.
