We are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer focused on turn-key projects (LV/MV/HV), committed to ensuring the technical integrity of the project including compliance with the project scope, project specifications, and state-of-the-art engineering practices.
This position will be offered with a permanent contract in Milan within the Engineering department in the Electrification and Automation area.

Your Challenge As an Electrical Project Engineer focused on turn-key projects (LV/MV/HV), you will be responsible for large and turn-key projects.
Some of the main activities will include: Overseeing the engineering activity on turn-key project solutions (LV/MV/HV) that can include electrical substations, PV plants, energy storage systems and developing detailed solutions to ensure a proper project deployment.
Supervising the collection of overall documentation setting such as complex material specifications and electrical drawings provided by customers and partners.
Participating in the testing phase of main equipment supplied by Siemens factories or Third Party suppliers.
Performing, whenever required, the follow-up on-site installation and actively supervising the plant commissioning phase (FAT/SAT).
Evaluating and identifying solutions in case of change requests or coordinating partners to solve them.
Leading project planning in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Managing internal/external stakeholders.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Deep knowledge of High voltage Devices, MV switchgear, protection and control systems, Power Center, Motor Control Center switchgear, Power Transformers, PV Inverters, Energy Storage Systems and ancillary systems.
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background.
A high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolutions to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional items.
A passion for continuous growth.
Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, a willingness to co-create, and share knowledge.
Proficiency in English and Italian.
