About the Role System Ceramics, one of the 20 companies inside Coesia Group, is looking for an Electrical Engineering Supervisor for E-commerce Technologies to reinforce the divisional team. The selected candidate will lead the design and development of a new divisional product dedicated to the E-Commerce market within Coesia. He/she will be part of a team responsible for guiding, in connection with local R&D and Engineering teams across the division, the machinery development for automatic packaging solutions and logistics plants.
Reporting to the E-Commerce Technologies Technical Project Manager, the Electrical Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for:
Supporting internal and external resources focused on engineering design; Researching and evaluating electrical components; Analysing compliance with current machine safety regulations by evaluating safety sheets associated with projects; Monitoring machine performance levels, controls and magnetic fields; Acting as a technical reference for internal and external customers before, during and after the commissioning phase. The position will be based in Fiorano Modenese (MO).
What You Need to Be Successful At least 5 years of previous experience in the field of automation machinery by wearing the same role; Master's degree in automation, electronics, or related field will be considered a plus; Good understanding of EPLAN; Good knowledge of machinery safety regulations; Good understanding of the English language, both written and oral; Strong aptitude to build and maintain interpersonal relationships; Ability to manage and functionally co-ordinate a team of resources; Willingness to travel (20/30% of the time).
