Description Your Role:Participate in the execution of projects with medium complexity supporting the Project Manager in the execution of all related activities in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.Main Area of Activity:Planning and Scheduling: Defines all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.Project Execution and Control: Supports monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization.
Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
Identifies, qualifies, quantifies, and manages risk, and verifies that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Captures, analyzes, and shares lessons learned throughout the project.Contract Claims and Procurement Management: Supports contract and claims management, in accordance with HE policies and contractual agreements.
Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
Supports Supply Chain Management in negotiations, claims, and project changes.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in an engineering field (electrical is preferred);Basic knowledge of project management with a focus on EPC/Construction project is an advantage;Basic knowledge of Italian utilities / Organization standards is a plus (CEI/Terna/Enel);Fluent in English; Italian mother tongue;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and Microsoft Project;Flexibility, teamwork skills, result orientation;Proactive and highly organized;Available to travel nationally internationally, as needed (average 20%).
