The successful candidate will join our multi-discipline and cross-national team supporting the development of projects in the renewables sector.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities The individual performs the routine aspects of engineering assignments requiring knowledge and application of engineering principles.
Using prescribed methods, performs specific portions of engineering assignments.
Compiles, verifies, and correlates data relating to engineering problems.
Assists in designs, studies, reports, and preparation of process deliverables.
Performs calculations, simulations, and preliminary analyses.
Uses computer programs as directed.
Participates in the preparation of material requisitions, specifications, and other related documents.
Coordinates assigned work with other technical personnel as directed.
Assists in the development and verification of project controls documents and status reports.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Knowledge of regulatory codes and standards, and design and/or layout criteria pertinent to the renewable discipline.
Learning to be a consultant and/or designer - Able to produce quality deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget.
Few technical decisions called for; these will be of routine nature with ample precedent or clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
Receives operational supervision and technical guidance from more senior engineers.
May provide technical direction to others who perform specific design support assignments.
Able to follow through on commitments.
Ability to articulate well in written communications evolving into technical writing proficiency.
Practices safe behaviors in the field and office settings.
Willing to perform any task assigned.
Accepts and seeks out coaching and feedback.
Able to manage personal workload and multiple commitments.
Demonstrates growth potential both from soft skill and technical skill perspectives.
Understands the importance of building a network across the business unit.
Required: Utility scale renewables plants functioning flow and equipment.
Italian grid connection regulatory aspects (CEI 0-16, Terna Grid Code at least).
Electrical (LV/MV/HV), grid, connections, substations design.
Single line diagrams.
Electrical calculations.
Principles of Energy Yield Assessments.
Sizing of MV/HV lines, both underground or overhead, is considered a plus.
Softwares: AutoCAD, PVsyst, Ampere (or similar), DigSilent (or similar), Excel and Office Package.
Education and Experience Degree in electrical or energy engineering.
At least 3 years experience.
