FRAG Srl are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Commissioning Coordinator for Oil & Gas project. The candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in coordinating and overseeing electrical commissioning activities on complex projects.
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all electrical aspects of the project, in commissioning and in onshore and offshore plants.
Main Responsibilities :
Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of electrical works performed by subcontractors or in-house teams, ensuring seamless integration with other construction disciplines and engineering departments Oversee the availability of construction materials and equipment, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures, actively contributing to safety walkdowns and incident investigations Verify that commissioning and start-up requirements are accounted for in engineering documents and participate in project planning and scheduling Review vendor schedules and assignments related to commissioning, start-up, and test run activities, ensuring timely follow-up and completion Issue regular progress reports on electrical commissioning activities within your area of responsibility Contribute to the planning and scheduling of job routines for the project's maintenance plan, assigning resources, materials, and logistics Oversee preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance activities Coordinate with vendors at the site within your operating area Approve work orders according to the Permit to Work procedure to enable scheduled works Ensure the correct implementation of electrical isolation control through the Switch Board locking and unlocking register Lead and train your team, identifying and addressing any training gaps Optimize the maintenance plan, spare parts, and manpower based on plant feedback Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in electrical commissioning and coordination on complex projects of Oil & Gas sector Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency knowledge of English language Schengen Visa holder Location : Europe + Asia
