Posizione: This position will report to the Manager R&D Electric Motors.
Responsibilities Reporting to the Electric Motor R&D Manager, the candidate must finalize the electromagnetic design of induction and synchronous electric motors (e.g.: sizing of stator, rotor, winding), including the related experimental validation in the Testing Room.
When needed, he must interface and collaborate with suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Education University degree in Engineering (Laurea Magistrale or master's degree), electronics, electric, electrical motors.

Customer and business oriented Visionary, entrepreneurial Ethical approach to business and industry, focus on sustainability. Knowledge / Experience Good knowledge of electric motor sizing software (e.g.: Altair FLUXMOTOR, Ansys MOTORCAD, Ansys RMXPRT, Simcenter SPEED). FEM electromagnetic suite knowledge (e.g.: Altair FLUX, Ansys MAXWELL, etc.). Knowledge of calculation, simulation and control tools (MATLAB, Simulink, Simplorer, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of electric motor component production and final motor assembly. Knowledge of mechanical drawing (ability to read a mechanical drawing). Knowledge of Siemens NX and TEAMCENTER is a plus. Basic knowledge of power electronics (inverter, etc.). Previous experience as an electric motor designer is appreciated. Language Italian English (fluent) European certification is a plus. Other languages are a plus.
