Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with the global product strategy in assigned markets to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support the Sales organization in driving sales and services related to Medium Voltage Apparatus designed for specific applications. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.

This role is contributing to product marketing strategy implementation of Medium Voltage Apparatus within the Electrification Distribution Solution Division across the globe.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Implementing the go-to–market product marketing strategy, including preparation of technical and commercial offers, techno-commercial meetings with partners and end users, definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy, with specific reference to Medium Voltage Apparatus designed for specific industry usage, like steel plants, utilities and renewable; Ensuring the Local Product Group budget (volumes) and profitable growth targets are achieved in the assigned Countries; Completing the offering cycle against strategic inquiries and relevant technical / commercial alignment, participating in sales strategy discussions for the assigned Countries and agreeing on short and long term actions with specific channels along specific segments; Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through general market and information provided by local Sales organization; Ensuring efficient marketing actions and communication to local Sales organization and customers; Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s); Performing regular project follow-up, providing reliable monthly order forecast for production planning and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls, preparing reports and market analysis on frequent basis within the assigned area, in order to complete a close project follow-up, organizing Meetings, Seminars and Presentations with Customer, End User and Consultants; Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups. Qualifications for the role
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering; Energy, Electrical and Mechanical are preferred You have 5 years of experience in Sales, Product Marketing and Technical Sales Support related to Medium Voltage products is preferred You are passionate about problem-solving and working in a multicultural team. You are at ease communicating in Italian and English You have willingness to travel abroad Problem solving, ability to create and extend customer network and commercial leads generation.
