Reports To Senior Director, Head of Global EHS&S for TAPI Primary Purpose of the Position The TAPI EHSS Program Oversight Lead & Innovation will report to the Head of Global EHS&S for TAPI. This role is responsible for data mining to identify trends and management decisions, helping to drive better business decisions to ensure worker safety and a greener work environment. Responsibilities include raising data to uncover hidden hazards, driving consistency in developing metrics, and presenting EHSS data statistics to TAPI leadership. General Duties and Responsibilities As a member of the TAPI EHSS team, responsibilities include: Data Collection and Processing Leading EHSIMS administration and system updates. Assisting in the assessment and implementation of EHS&S software updates. Leading and supporting EHSIMS Metrics and campaigns. Implementing TAPI's Global Records & Information Management Policy. Managing EHS&S data communication and maintenance. Improving and Learning Tracking TAPI's Social Governance (ESG) to achieve goals. Supporting stakeholder requests for ESG information. Developing EHS&S promotional activities and e-learning modules. Data Analysis Applying statistical methods and data visualization techniques. Creating visualizations and monitoring KPIs. Collaborating with teams for data-driven solutions. Data Quality Assurance Ensuring data integrity and implementing validation processes. Proposing strategic approaches for new technology rollout. Other Tasks Developing a process for EHS&S business continuity. Coordinating with standard owners for periodic reviews. Requirements Qualification/Skills Strong data & analytics skills. Attention to detail and high standards of work. Ability to communicate and influence across diverse geographies. Understanding of Pharma/API operations. Strong presentation and communication skills. Education and Knowledge Requirements Technical Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field (Master's preferred). Experience >5 years in EHS&S and data handling in a Manufacturing Company. Skills and Capabilities Experience with large and complex data sets. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Enablon, and Resource Advisor. Project management skills. Experience working with diverse global teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Languages: Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. Location and Working Program This position is available in Rho, Santhià, Caronno or Villanterio (IT), Prigorje Brdovecko (CRO), Debrecen (HUN), Opava (CZ), from Monday to Friday.
