The HSE department helps to ensure that our commitments to health, safety and the environment are respected by participating in the continuous improvement of our practices.
It is within this department that we are looking for a permanent contract: EHS Manager Italy and UK Reporting to the Site Manager Italy, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our infrastructures in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements, for Piacenza and Bicester (UK) warehouses.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all on-site employees benefit from appropriate working conditions.
Your main tasks will be to: Coordinate suppliers and service providers on site, ensuring that standards and regulations are met.
Carry out "waste audits" to help control the environmental impact of the Piacenza and Bicester operations.
Contribute actively to the CSR policy.
Schedule and conduct audits, ensuring compliance with site requirements and relevant regulations.
Participate in the identification, documentation, analysis, and assessment of risks related to site activities.
Monitor and update the Document Valuations of Risk (DVR) and any reports required by Italian and English law.
Care of regulatory watch on EHS subject.
Manage and improve existing 6s.
Maintain warehouse EHS certifications.
Monitor and maintain the warehouse's equipment and infrastructure and monitor maintenance actions in partnership with the maintenance technician and suppliers.
Organise, plan and coordinate maintenance work within the warehouse.
Participate in and lead safety and environmental improvement projects.
Do you recognise yourself?
Graduated with a Bac+4/+5 in Health, Safety and Environment, you benefit from a first successful experience within a warehouse, or from a Bac+3 with 3 years of experience.
Mastery of EHS regulations or IOSH qualified.
Possesses knowledge and a practice of the ISO norms (14001 or 45001).
Internal auditor certified.
Organised, structured, and autonomous.
Relational qualities and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the various interlocutors.
Proficiency in common office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Fluent in Italian and English.
