Partner with the best As a HSE Field Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing Safety Plans and risk assessmentAssessing execution of Job Safety AnalysisManaging HSE issues and concerns that may arise during job site or workshop activitiesFollowing up HSE concerns giving feedback to people and maintaining a rigorous rhythm in executionParticipating in investigating safety/environmental incidents conducting root cause analysis and contributing to implement corrective actionsSupporting program implementation identifying solutions to improve safety and environmental aspectsLeading HSE audits plans and inspectionsReviewing and implementing HSE programs and procedures ensuring compliance with all local regulations and BH requirementsEnsuring audit/inspection plan is in place and completed on a regular basis from shop and site activitiesSupervising field activities in order to guarantee the effective standard HSE defined in programs, procedures, Job safety analysisSupporting managers, supervisors, and frontline employees in HSE culture shift, management system implementation, HSE Key performance indicators and resolving HSE related issuesContinuously connect and liaise with customers, regional and operations managersRepresenting Baker Hughes in customersTo be successful in this role you will: Have a degree in HSE, engineering or other HSE-related fieldKnowledge of local HSE regulations and of most widely used international standardsWorking knowledge of HSE management systems.
