Ehs Engineer / Aspp

For important packaging company in Parma, we are looking for an EHS Engineer / ASPP.
Main purpose: To provide accurate and timely support to the HSE Manager/RSPP, on the different branches of EHS systems such as: Assuring conformance with the Italian Law Developing the EHS Management System as per ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Launching and sustaining Crown's EHS Initiatives and KPIs To collaborate with all the other functions to assure a safe and environment-protection oriented Plant, with zero-injuries and sustainable impacts.
Main duties: Promote EHS Culture, in view of the Italian Law and the Crown's vision among the Plant.
Collaborate with EHS Manager in preparation and updating of Hazard and Risk Assessment as per D. Lgs 81/08 and Crown's Directives.
Prepare procedures for EHS Management System.
Issue EHS training about internal initiatives and procedures.
Investigate accidental events, prepare report with root cause analysis and action plan.
Monitor and update KPIs, meeting deadlines and completion targets.
Interact with contractors for all the obligation related to art.

81/08 and manage the related activities and documentation.
Organize and perform of all the activities and documental aspects for periodical check related to fire fighting equipment, handling equipment etc.
Organize and perform all the documental aspects of waste management.
Collaborate with EHS Manager in the application of AIA (Environment Integrated Authorization).
Implement communication initiatives such as preparation of company brochures, setting up of EHS blackboards.
Affix in the whole plant any kind of safety sign, safety tapes etc.
Spend time in the production area for Inspections, Observations etc.
Requirements: Master/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety &, Hygiene or in Environmental Engineering or equivalent Minimum of 3 years experience in EHS aspects in manufacturing site Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoCAD ASPP qualification Knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001 standards Fluent English Be passioned in EHS topics vetrinabakeca
