Your new role
As our new HSE Junior consultant , you will have gained 2-3 years' experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services as a broad area, with specific focus on Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance and or due diligence work in the M&A sector with emphasis on sustainability assessment, planning and strategy.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence Execution and coordination of soil, soil gas and groundwater investigations Execution of EHS compliance audits Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) and implies strong soft skills (e.g. negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamwork Proposal and reporting in Italian and English language Your new team
You will be part of our successful team composed by engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk and sustainability. A Master level university degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental engineering or similar Minimum 2/3 years of relevant experience in EHS Due Diligence and soil, soil gas and groundwater investigation Knowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs 152/2006 and D.
