Consulting Associate, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) ERM is seeking a motivated Environmental, Health and Safety Consulting Associate with a passion for sustainability to join our growing team based in Italy.
The role will be based in Milan, with frequent travels to client sites but also with flexible working arrangements.

The services provided by the EHS/OP Team include EHS strategy, designing and implementing EHS management systems, compliance management support, and delivering audit programmes; and cover the breadth of environmental through to health and safety disciplines.
Job Responsibilities Provide technical assistance on EHS compliance, sustainability, site investigation, and due diligence transaction projects.Perform EHS compliance assessments and implement follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Support the development of EHS compliance and management system programs.Provide general EHS compliance support to clients, including on-site assistance as needed.Support on the design and implementation of corporate Environmental, Health Safety strategies and programs for HSE and Sustainability including diagnostics, compliance and technical audits, awareness raising, training programs, and hazard and risks identification and assessment.Support on the design and implementation of activities related to HS Training and field coaching, including competency assessment, training programs for behavioral change, human factor analysis and assessment.Support on design and implementation of HSE and Sustainability governance processes aimed to drive Operational performance improvement of Organizations, including deployment of risk and opportunities assessment, development of management systems, planning and delivery of auditing activities, design and delivery of training programs.
About You Some relevant experience across EHS and sustainability disciplines as a consultant or in industry.Must have first-hand experience of on-site EHS audit and/or management systems compliance, supply chain due diligence, and similar tasks.Master's degree in environmental/Safety Engineering, Environmental/Natural resources Management or other relevant disciplines.Working knowledge of English (C1) is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French).Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and international HSE Sustainability Guidelines/Standards (e.g.
SDGs, TCFD, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001, ISO 26000, SA8000).
