Educational Business Development OfficerDescription and objectivesFuture Education Modena ( https://fem.digital/ ) is an international EdTech center, created to innovate education and bring learning into the 21st century.
It has a team of 50 people, a network of over 100 collaborators and a network of national and international partners.
It is organized into 9 strategic areas of educational RD, has trained over 120,000 people and impacted over 1 million students in the last 4 years through 250 original formats, and is launching 4 EdTech startups.Contract: part-time, depending on availability;Possibility of hybrid work: we strongly believe in the contamination that an environment like ours offers, but we don't want presence to be an obstacle to collaboration.ResponsibilitiesSupport for scouting and feasibility analysis of funding opportunities at regional, national and international levels;Collaboration in the drafting of new project proposals for funding calls in their various components (project description, economic estimate, technical and content attachments);Collaboration in the drafting of project budgets, in compliance with the indications of the donor/tender and the organisation's priorities;Collaboration in the development and management of relationships with donors, partners and stakeholders during the co-design and implementation phase of projects;Support for the coordination of projects financed through tenders and management of the project budget, managing any deviations (timetable, activities and budget) and supporting the reporting phase (monitoring of timing and output).Must haveDegree or Master's degree in management/scientific disciplines, or alternatively in educational sciences/social sciences, with a specialization in business development/planning for public and private funding calls;Good ability to write projects for funding calls, documentable upon request;At least 2 years' experience in the development and/or management of regionally funded training projects (preferably Emilia-Romagna Region) and/or innovative educational projects within specific funding programs (national and/or European donors);Solid knowledge of the English language.They don't hurtKnowledge of the management/reporting rules of the main financiers (Ministry of Education and Merit, Invitalia, European programs including Erasmus+, Digital Europe, Horizon etc.
);Strong affinity for the world of EdTech, STEM and innovation;Experience of collaboration and co-planning with various types of partners and stakeholders (public, private, profit and non-profit entities, networks, etc.
