**EDUCATION RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ANALYST**

**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**
- FullTake lead on the coordination of a multi-faceted continual review of the effectiveness of Still I Rise's educational and psychosocial practices
- Stay up to date with contemporary educational and safeguarding practices, setting the framework for comparative research with our own and informing best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Remote Education Department to define the objectives and key indicators of our internal review
- Develop simple data capture tools including surveys, focus groups and observations which can be carried out by our on-ground staff across five sites
- Design and conduct innovative experiments to test for the quality of our interventions and continual practices
- Keep regular contact with teams to ensure efficient and accurate quantitative and qualitative data
- Store, analyze and evaluate data, compiling into clearly written and visually engaging infographics and reports for internal and external use
- Build a repository of accessible data, graphics and reports showcasing our efforts on the Research & Development page of Still I Rise's new website.
- Act as the remote Education department's communicator in chief of data, learning outcomes and statistics to satisfy requests from operational and fundraising departments.
**Essential Skills & Requirements**
- Masters' degree in education or a related field, or equivalent professional research experience
- At least four years' experience of designing and using both quantitative and qualitative field data capture tools, preferably in the education sector
- A demonstrated appreciation for modern, student-centred approaches in the Education and Protection & Safeguarding sectors
- Demonstrated capacity to utilize presentational platforms such as Canva to produce organized and visually appealing infographics, graphics and reports
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with school staff at all levels
- Perseverance when confronted with the obstacles associated with emergency and vulnerable contexts
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities
- Ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written English
- Proactive and committed mindset
- Excellent organisational skills
- Highly proficient in Google Suite.
