The primary scope of the Edu organization is building the workforce of the future for our industry customers to foster innovation in the Industry Renaissance.
It is a strategic organization in Dassault Systèmes, with a team present in all Geos.
**The challenges ahead**
The 3DEXPERIENCE Edu Partner Sales Manager is responsible to drive transformation projects with industries, governments and academic institutions in order to catalyze the workforce of the future.
The Edu Sales Partner Manager is responsible for the diffusion and adoption of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to academic institutions and students as well as for the promotion of our learning offer to industry customers.
**What will your role be?
**
Build the 3DEXPERIENCE Education strategy to support the geo business plan and industry priorities:
- Assess the academic and research landscape / market in South East Europe
- Promote the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to academic institutions and Research accounts, consolidating all DS brands (3DEXPERIENCE, SOLIDWORKS, SIMULIA )
- Work with Rectors, Deans, and Presidents of Universities to have them endorse our solutions in multi-year programs for transforming their educational and pedagogical engineering systems
- Promote learning experiences (e-learning offer) and training services (through dedicated training services partners) to our industry customers and individuals
- Manage the value added resellers selling into education in the region.
**Your Key Success Factors**
- Engineer's or Master of Science degree
- Ideally 10 years of experience in Education business management roles within software companies or similar
- Strong knowledge of the academic / education landscape in Italy and South East Europe
- Tech sales background is a plus
- Knowledge / prior exposure to Dassault Systèmes solutions is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Passion for working with education and understand the specificities of that market
- Available to travel.
