Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Education Intern to support our Education & Culture team.
This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education-related projects, event logistics, data management, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct online research for youth sector content and initiatives.
Input youth-related data and education initiatives into Excel files.
Archive information and documents, maintaining related Excel databases.
Manage promotional materials and logistics.
Assist with event preparation (e.g., setting up rooms, seating, badges, etc.).
Help prepare presentation slides.
Assist with managing email correspondence.
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival at the office.
Additional Tasks: Create forms and surveys (e.g., for registrations), with content provided by supervisors.
Translate emails, slides, and educational content (if proficient in English).
Provide practical support to the Education department.
Archive and analyze data for future KPI reports.
Strong practical sense, availability, and quick response time.
Precision, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
