We are looking for an Edtech Analyst & Communication to join our team for various publications on the topic of learning and technologies with the aim of disseminating and supporting the future of education throughout Europe, also through dedicated projects such as Empowered (https://www.empoweredtech.eu/). Working in a highly international context, this position is perfect for those seeking to engage with the state of the art in educational innovation, including national and international institutions, companies, trade associations and NGOs. Future Education Modena (https://fem.digital/) is an international EdTech center, created to innovate education and bring learning into the 21st century. With a team of 50 people, a network of over 100 collaborators and a network of national and international partners, it is organized into 9 strategic areas of educational R&D, has trained over 120,000 people and impacted over 1 million students in the last 4 years through 250 original formats, and is launching 4 EdTech startups. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the national, European and global edtech ecosystem, identifying trends, challenges and opportunities. Collaborate with a team of experts and stakeholders across Europe to collect and analyze data relevant to educational technology policies and practices. Contribute to the drafting and review of a report detailing the state of the European edtech ecosystem, ensuring the document is insightful, accurate and impactful. Support the creation and maintenance of an edtech knowledge base, leveraging your expertise to inform and guide the strategic direction of the project. Create and curate communication formats aimed at disseminating and training on innovative learning topics (reports, briefs, articles); Interact with key stakeholders within the edtech community to foster partnerships and collaborative opportunities. What do you need to be considered? Solid expertise in one of the above-mentioned fields and experience in education; Possibility of reaching various schools to train classes in person, mainly in the Emilia region and neighboring areas; Good availability or constant availability: we are looking for people who have at least 10-20 hours a week available or who have a constant volume of hours to allocate to a collaboration of this type. Must: Strong analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to collect, process, analyze and draw insights from complex data sets. A background or significant experience in edtech, digital education, policy analysis or market research is a strong plus. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English, essential for the development and presentation of high-quality reports and communication formats. A deep understanding of the national and international educational landscape, including familiarity with its key institutions, policies and prevailing trends. Interact with leading educational and technological institutions across Europe, opening doors to significant networking opportunities.
