Make your mark for patients To strengthen our Immunology department, we are looking for a talented profile to fill the position of: Ecosystem Lead Rheuma Bone - South Italy (Puglia, Campania, Molise, Basilicata, Calabria). About the role As an Ecosystem Lead you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve strategic goals, such as building partnerships with health ecosystem stakeholders, collaborating with the Market Access department, and leading market positions in patient segments. You will drive the growth, sustainability, and profitability of the franchise by orchestrating activities of the local Patient Value Unit (PVU) and leading the customer-facing team.
You will work with The Ecosystem Lead will work closely with various health ecosystem stakeholders to build long-term partnerships and secure optimal market access. You will collaborate with the Market Access department, Franchise Heads, and Medical Heads to lead market positions in focused patient segments and drive the franchise's growth, sustainability and profitability. Additionally, you will orchestrate activities within the local Patient Value Unit (PVU) and lead the customer-facing team, including HCP Partners and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).
What you will do Cross functional leadership of the Customer Table (CT) in the assigned ecosystem (field team across multiple roles such as Sales, MSL, Market Access, in some cases with direct reporting line, in some cases in alignment with a functional line manager).Develop and ensure the execution of tailored strategies for the assigned ecosystem and empower the LPVU to own full accountability on achieving the common strategic goals, in relation to:Partnership and long-term relations with various relevant health ecosystem stakeholders;Building and maintaining trustful advocates in the relevant therapeutic area securing and maintaining optimal access;Leading market position in focused patient segments, driving growth, sustainability and profitability of the franchise.Recruit if needed, identify training needs, coach and develop field team in the Rheumatology & Bone therapeutic Area according to the ecosystem insights and competitive landscape.In partnership with the local and EU Medical Community, ensuring the right level of scientific knowledge for all members of the LPVU to deliver value for all external ecosystem partnerships and interactions.Ensuring the local franchise operates to the highest standards of science, ethics, compliance and quality when educating and engaging with external stakeholders, promoting, selling and distributing its products by complying with UCB code of business conduct and pharma guidelines.
