Mission Within the Italian eCommerce department, reporting to the Head of eCommerce, the eContent and Animation Expert will be responsible to adapt and coordinate the Italian Digital Animation Plan development.
Assure right visibilities on all devices (website + APP) to promote the local commercial animations plan following EME Guidelines .
Key Activities/Responsibilities Management and coordination of the Digital Animation Plan: : Act as bridge within different department (Social Media, PR, Trade Marketing) to assure all relevant eCommerce activities are included in the macro editorial and communication plan : Collect and update on a weekly and daily basis content assets for Web and APP to meet e:commercial plan business needs and support brands new launches/initiatives: Home Page, Landing Page, Offer Page and APP Card : Brief local agencies ensuring time to market and compliance with the visual identity in a curation and converting approach: banners for website, newsletter, copywriting.
: Update and refresh content on site and on APP on a daily and weekly basis managing backend platform : Use CMS to update, create and refresh Landing Page (translations, assets, products carousels) to support each KCP and Digital Parti Pris / Animations : Coordinate special online contest and gaming from briefing, execution, customer engagement flow to technical integration.
: Be proactive by suggesting engaging customer journey to promote our business and beauty online consultation (quiz, beauty guide) assuring for each new landing page a proper internal linking startegy.
: Monitor performance and define key KPIs (click rate, scroll rate, bounce rate) in collaboration with EME central animation team Online Promotion Setting : Ensure the implementation, contribution and monitoring of the GWP on a daily and weekly basis : Lease with supply, CRM and offer team managing GWP and Sephora Boxes operational activities: stock update, promo assets, setting gifts on backend and tracking results : Ensure the update of the Beauty offers page and define for each promotion the correct message to display in terms of products selection with offer team, promo descriptions (adapting for both Web and APP) and touchpoints journey across the full web and app funnel eCRM and APP Push Notification calendar management : Work deeply with CRM team to track and evaluate results of actual eCommerce newsletter and push notification triggers : Propose specific personalized communication to reduce churn rate and stimulate frequency of existing clients and assure a stable and growing traffic share from our Owned Channels to Web and APP : Keep track and and being responsible of the online communication plan (Push Notification + Newsletter) to eStore clients with specific focus on segmented targets to increase their value (reactivity rate, open rate, click rate...) : Constantly monitor online database growth both for newsletter and push notification optin : Be the leader of managing APP Push Triggers plan and strategy to achieve target KPI of: MAUS, Engagement Rate on the device : Analyze triggers email and push results on a monthly basis suggesting improvement and sharing insights : Guarantee consistency of messages (promo/new launches/animation) across all channels (Paid, Owned, Organic) collaborating closely with CRM, Social and Media team.
