**Position Snapshot**

- University Degree in Economics, Business Management, Engineering
- Approximately 2-3 years' experience in eCommerce (previous experience in Amazon is highly appreciated; experience in business analyst positions is a plus)
- Fluency in Italian and English is required
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
**Position Summary**
Reporting to the eCommerce Channel and Customer Manager, she/he will contribute to define and execute strategies and plans for Customers in line with Category requirements and customers vision, with a specific focus on Amazon. You will collect, analyze, understand eCommerce data to support business decisions.
**A day in the life of the eCommerce Specialist**:
- Support eCommerce Customer Manager to define Amazon and Other Pure players strategy, Promotional planning and promotional execution
- Lead Amazon Fresh and Veepee customers development (annual agreement and promo plan negotiation)
- Extract insights from different data sources (internal, customers, shoppers, media) and leverage them to bring opportunities for growth
- Provide regular eCommerce performance reporting and analysis which helps to understand dynamics and take decisions;
- Lead Nielsen IQ Data Impact tool deployment and development at Nestlé Italy level according to Zone Europe guidelines.
