Core Responsibilities- Be the primary contact to build a mutually beneficial relationship between LEGO Italy and eCommerce Pure Players- Create and lead execution of the Joint Business Planning Process to achieve/exceed sales results, outline short to long-term strategies, and improve customer relationships through proactive customer agenda management and responsiveness- Engage and collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams within LEGO Italy (such as marketing and operations) and Western Europe regional teams- Responsible for developing and performing annual promotional plan, enhancing shoppable occasions to recruit, retain and reactivate shoppers- Own account critical metric management including selling-in, consumer sales target setting, demand planning, account P&L management- Collaborate with Demand Planning function to develop accurate shipment and consumer sales forecasts that align with customer and LEGO Italy business plans- Manage promotional funding and collaborate with partners on how best to manage funds while focusing on driving sales in a profitable manner- Stay up-to-date on market and shopper trends, particularly eCommerce, omnichannel and digital media related, to explore and unlock new commercial opportunities

The eCommerce team is an energetic, passionate and growing part of LEGO Italy team, leading exponential growth in the overall Italy business as a strategic priority channel.
The team is focused on bringing to life and delivering on our Partner Promise, have fun doing it and ultimately bring the LEGO play experience to many more children in Italy.
The eCommerce Key Account Manager will lead our key strategic account within eCommerce, working across the business with multiple functions to drive growth, and bring eCommerce/digital expertise to the Italy BU to innovate for the future.
Do you have what it takes?- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent working experience- Proven experience in eCommerce Sales or as a KAM working on with online platforms and JBP, preferably with knowledge of dealing with online Pure Players and marketplaces- Prior exposure to eCommerce on-site and off-site campaign/promotion planning and execution- Strong negotiation and collaborator management skills, including responsiveness and attention to detail- Knowledge of eCommerce fundamentals within retail digital platforms.
Experience managing digital critical metrics (UV, CTR, ROAS etc.
)- Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn plans into execution/achievements- Strong Excel, Word & PowerPoint- Shopper-centric and customer-focused- Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing functions, especially digital/performance marketing- Ability to work independently, energetic and willing to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial atmosphere- Adaptable to changes and be at the forefront to lead change in both actions and behavior- Have a learning attitude to adapt to the evolving ecommerce new retail, media and operational environment- Strong communication in written and spoken Italian & English and relationship skills
