You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelez International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.
How you will contribute You will:
Lead the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)Understand market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate in trade marketing strategic decisionsLead the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocksSuggest and influence investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and be accountable for execution excellence at the point of saleFollow up on the competition's commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brandPlay a leadership role within the multi-categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to finding business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc., that will lead to achieving multi-categories targetsWhat you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Category planning and delivering growth through category leadershipA future-focused mindset, being curious about industry trends, digital solutions, and innovation for consumers, and translating opportunities into business plansDeveloping and delivering plans, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targetsBusiness planning and how to maximize revenue growthInfluencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of viewAnalytical skills and business acumenMore about this role: Define and develop end-to-end audience strategies and consumer journeys on B&C, Pure Players, and Last Milers.Connect consumer/shopper behavior to every category management story to drive online opportunities and category & organizational performance.Develop eRetail Media strategies to impact KPIs on Amazon, Glovo, and other online customers, partnering with Media agency.Manage the "flywheel model"– content, search, promo, availability, activation – as an ongoing loop and measure it to assure digital shelf excellence.Execute eComm content including creation of PDPs (product display pages), brand stores, digital advertising assets with help of external agencies and marketing teams.Provide insights to brand marketing on white space opportunities.Build Activation plans for retailers in partnership with Account Management.Align strategic priorities of the business with strategic priorities of the customer when positioning joint business plans and opportunities.Use data sources to flag underperformance and make optimization recommendations.Proactively build and maintain key relationships to drive sales objectives.Manage eComm Media budget and spending.Identify relevant, new digital channels to drive growth and ROI, together with Media agency.Collaborate with eCommerce Central team and other countries to exchange best practices, enriching each other and seizing each and every opportunity.What you need to know about this position: Super dynamic, evolving, and challengingeCommerce Activation Specialist reporting directlyClose teamwork with Marketing, Trade Marketing & Sales teamsInternational framework/visionWhat extra ingredients you will bring: Future-focused mindset, curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions, and innovation for consumersStrong interest in Digital and eCommerce, specifically on how eGrocery is shaping the future of the businessNegotiation skillsCourage and resilienceBusiness acumen, commercial attitudeCommunication skillsAnalytical skillsProactivity and flexibilityEducation / Certifications: Preferably Master Degree in Economics, Business, Trade Marketing, eCommerce or Digital MarketingJob specific requirements: Preferably at least 6-8 years of experience, with a recent one in eCommercePreferably cross-functional backgroundPreferably experience in FMCG/eFMCGExcellent communication and presentation skillsAnalytical mind combined with the ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from dataGood MS Excel skillsExcellent English proficiencyRelocation Support Available?No Relocation support available
